There will be enough energy and patience to deal with demanding tasks, but it will come and go in waves. This prevents falling into the pitfall of continuously working until reaching burn out. Instead you should be able to pace yourself, which in the long run will help you to get more done. Working at self-care will be very satisfying. It’s not about self-indulgence; it’s about taking better care of yourself in the form to the work / life balance. If you need those in a position of authority to be kind to you, try to appeal to their emotional side to gain their empathy. For most of us this is a good transit for taking action to nurture and take responsibility for what is most dear to us.
